In retrospect, because sometimes, that is what we have

I stopped posting about Bolivia in real time. Part was technology, part was experience.

It was a 2 hour upload time every time I had a part of the experience happen that I wanted to share. i also had an Earth shattering moment that happened in Sucre that made me question everything. What was I doing here? Why? What was then next step? What was I thinking? Why? Why? Why?

I have learned, since coming home, in part the questions, the fear and uncertainty, it may have had something to do with altitude sickness. i did climb to 17,000 feet, without preparation. In part, i was what I came home to.

But isn't that life?

Some we live in the moment, some we live in our memories, and both are OK.

I will try to finish the tale as accurately as I can. They are marred by time lapse and perspective, but that is what this is all about ... perspective.

There have been many memories since Bolivia I meant to share. Denver. Leadville and Wild West Saloons. Hiking the Walls of Jericho. Chattanooga. Nashville., Kentucky. San Francisco.

Life makes us too busy. That is what started this adventure in the first place, and that is not where it ended, but where I stopped the tale. And so, I mean to be a better be version of me, but truth be told, I got back to the grind... in some ways. Forty-hour work weeks took my time away from telling the story, but having the time to live the story reminded me always that the experiences are way above the material.

Let me catch you up.

This was just my intro to a lot of post dated posts, that should have come a long time ago. It started with the tale of a girl who fell off a mountain, and ends with a girl who lives every moment she can with as much gusto and wonderment as the world designed us to live in ...

it has been a year in the making. I ponder many things in my heart.

It has been too long, but let me finish.

Really, it isn't ever too late. Right?
